Government have announced that the ban on evictions will be extended by two months

Responding to the news, Isobel Thomson, safeagent Chief Executive said:

“While the extension may offer reassurance for some tenants, we know our agents are already working with tenants and landlords to ensure that tenancies can be maintained at this challenging time. 

“There has to be give and take on all sides of the Private Rented Sector and it is in no one’s interest to move to eviction if agreement can be reached.

“safeagent will continue to work with Government to ensure the PRS functions safely and fairly for all.”
