We are supporting a new campaign from the Scottish Government which shines a light on renters rights.

The Renters Rights campaign is designed to help tenants to know their rental rights – a vital step towards maintaining positive, trusting relationships between tenants and their landlords or letting agents. Organisations within the PRS, responsible landlords, and letting agents are being asked to join this Scottish Government initiative for the benefit of the sector.

Agents in Scotland can get behind the campaign by downloading the Renters Rights Toolkit which has a wealth of content designed to help agents and landlords support tenants with the information they need.

Agents can also direct tenants to a new website from Scottish Government which gives those in rented accommodation everything they need to know, in one place.
