Rent Smart Wales: Top Up course the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 Enrolment options [W] - Online Training Course

This ‘top-up’ module will be of interest to you if:

• You have undertaken Landlord Accreditation Wales training which did not cover the requirements of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014. [This is training completed before 1st August 2015]
• You have undertaken Rent Smart Wales approved courses, which did not cover the requirements of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014. These are courses run outside Wales in general. Your training provider will have advised you if you need to complete this top up [NOTE: this module is required if you are taking the safeagent Foundation Lettings Course (Wales)]
• You are keen to continue with your professional development (CPD)

IMPORTANT NOTE: This top-up module can only be used to apply for a Rent Smart Wales license when it has been taken as part of the safeagent Foundation Lettings Course [Wales]. You can take this top-up course, free of charge, as part of your continuing professional development; however, if you have used Rent Smart Wales training from another provider to apply for a license, this top-up course is NOT suitable.
