CMP

safeagent accreditation is available to all firms operating in lettings and management in the Private Rented Sector, including those who can join through the firm's membership of another regulatory organisation (e.g. PropertyMark, UKALA or RICS).

If you do not currently have CMP in place, you can apply for inclusion under the safeagent CMP scheme as part of the application process.

The CMP Scheme contribution rate is based on the highest level of client money held (excluding deposits) in the firm’s client account(s) at any one time since 1st March 2024.

When would you like to join safeagent?

Inclusion under the safeagent CMP scheme is renewed annually on 1st March each year and therefore the contribution rates payable are calculated pro-rata for any firm who joins after 1st April.
