At safeagent, our short courses and qualifications offer something for everyone whether you are new to the sector or experienced, whether you are an employer or an employee.

We want to help agents provide the highest levels of service and expertise to landlords and tenants. To achieve that, we don’t believe professional development should require lengthy periods out of the office at a time when all agents are considering their costs. That’s why our training is all online, via our safeagent Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Each of our courses offer flexible learning for candidates, allowing them to learn and take tests online rather than having to attend a dedicated test centre.

Our high-quality training covers a huge breadth of topics relating to the Private Rented Sector (PRS).

We also run free webinars for safeagents, covering a wide range of topics and led by industry experts.

We’re proud to be an approved training provider in Wales under the Welsh Government’s regulatory organisation Rent Smart Wales and our Foundation Lettings Course (Scotland) meets the training requirement there for agents signing up to the Scottish Register.

Across Wales, Scotland and England our Lettings Qualifications are accredited by awarding organisation NCFE as customised qualifications. Candidates who successfully complete a qualification will receive an NCFE certificate, and if they are employed by a safeagent member firm, can use our designation ‘safeagent qualified’.
