NALS’ mission is to make the Private Rented Sector (PRS) a better, safer place for all. One of the key ways we do this is through our work with Trading Standards teams across the country.

You may have seen two recent court cases concerning agents operating in Islington and Southwarkin London. In both cases, we worked with Trading Standards to aid prosecution, and we welcome their proactivity in bringing these cases to court. By working together, we ensure that consumers are protected and we stop these criminal agents from operating in the PRS.
