NALS is celebrating the 500th candidate to complete its Foundation Lettings Course
Moira Devlin of Lowther Homes, in Scotland, was the 500th learner, completing the Foundation Lettings Course (Scotland).
NALS offers three versions of the Foundations Lettings Course, for England, Scotland and Wales, depending on where agents operate. Each one offers flexible learning for candidates, allowing them to learn and take their tests online rather than having to attend a dedicated testing centre. Candidates like Moira Devlin who successfully complete their course receive an NCFE certificate, and if they work for a NALS Firm can use the designation, ‘NALS Qualified’*.
For agents undertaking the Scottish or Welsh Foundation Lettings Course, both meet Government and licensing training requirements in those countries (for Rent Smart Wales and the Scottish Register of Letting Agents). The deadline for Scottish agents to join the new Register is swiftly approaching and NALS is seeing many taking advantage of the online training to allow them to become compliant in time for the 30th September deadline.
