The second annual NALS York Conference took place at the Royal York Hotel on Wednesday 15th March.
Some 60 plus delegates heard from a wide variety of speakers, including the Home Office and Westminster Trading Standards.
The theme of the Conference was “Knowledge and Innovation”.
